The Company is wholly owned by AUGUST CORPORATION LIMITED and its authorised share capital is £ 2 million and the issued share capital is £ 400,000.

The Company markets and distributes Cement, Roof Tiles and High Tensile Building Iron rods in West Africa. The Company is also engaged in the marketing and distribution of non perishable goods such as Rice, Wheat and Frozen Fish in West Africa. The products are sourced from Europe, South East Asia and the Far East.
